My Dearest Warriors of Light,

Merry Christmas to you, my precious friends!

I come to you today with a heart full of gratitude, despite the unexpected challenges life has thrown my way this month. You see, I contracted the Coronavirus, which brought with it moments of stillness and reflection. In those solitary moments of quarantine, I found profound lessons that I would love to share with you. You can hear all about them in my recent podcast, "Of COVID and Christmas Miracles." One thing that has resonated deeply within me is the overwhelming thankfulness I have for God's unwavering help and boundless mercy, especially in the midst of struggle.

Speaking of struggles, I had the immense privilege of hosting a truly inspiring guest on this week's podcast, Mark Willis. Mark's story is a testament to the power of hope, redemption, and healing through Jesus Christ. He faced the relentless grip of mental illness and battled an addiction to pornography that nearly cost him his marriage. Mark's message is profoundly fitting for this holiday season as we celebrate the birth of our Savior. You can listen to his story of "Finding Hope and Healing in Christ" by clicking on this link.

As we embrace the joy and wonder of this holiday season, let us remember the angel's declaration to the shepherds over 2,000 years ago, "Fear not: for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy" (Luke 2:10, KJV). Amidst the challenges and uncertainties we face, let us set aside fear and focus on the immense joy that Christ's birth brings. Remember, peace can be found in Jesus Christ, regardless of our circumstances.

My dear sisters, as we gather with loved ones, whether in person or through screens, may your hearts be filled with the timeless message of hope, love, and peace that Christmas represents. The birth of our Savior is a reminder of God's everlasting love for us. May you have a blessed and joyous Christmas, and may your hearts be aglow with the light of Christ's love.

With hope, love, and a heart full of gratitude,

Tamara
