Daily Prayer for Strength

motherhood mothering challenges prayer strength Mar 25, 2015

My Dear Warriors of Light,

I wanted to share a little moment with you, one of those everyday struggles that perhaps you've encountered too. It's a challenge that, I believe, many of us face daily – maintaining a happy attitude, especially when our kids are feeling grumpy.

This morning, as I tried to help one of my children find their way to happiness, I advised them to pray to God, asking for His help in finding joy in their day. But as I walked away, I couldn't help but mutter a prayer of my own: "God, give me strength."

There are days when we all experience moments like this, days when we feel ill-prepared to handle the whirlwind of emotions that come with the territory of parenting. It's on these days that I find solace in prayer, asking for the strength to face the challenges head-on.

I know you can relate – those days when the weight of the world seems to rest on our shoulders, testing our strength, resilience, and patience. And so today, I want to offer up a prayer for all of us, asking God to grant us the strength to overcome whatever mountains we might be climbing.

Remember, dear sisters, that the view from the top of the mountain is always worth the climb. So, let's keep climbing together, knowing that our faith, love, and strength will see us through even the toughest of days.

May your hearts be filled with joy, and may your spirits soar to the highest peaks.

With love and blessings,

Tamara K. Anderson
