Dear Sisters in Christ,

As the leaves change and the winds of fall whisper through the trees, I was hoping for a sense of normalcy to return to our lives with our children back in school. Yet, it seems that change has become the new normal, with school schedules shifting, and unexpected storms disrupting our routines.

I know many of you are going through similar challenges, trying to keep up with the ever-shifting demands of life. And if you have a child with special needs, like my son Nathan, who relies on a structured schedule, you understand how even minor disruptions can lead to increased stress and irritability.

In these turbulent times, I want you to know that you are not alone. We all face moments of feeling drained, overwhelmed, and in need of a lifeline. I've been there, and I know how it can be a struggle to find balance and peace in the midst of life's storms.

So, I invite you to take a moment for yourself and listen to my podcast, "Drained."
