Dear sisters in Christ,

In the wake of recent tragedies, heartaches, and natural disasters that have left many of us feeling overwhelmed by darkness, I've been deeply reflecting on what we can do to offer comfort and support to those in need. It seems that everywhere we turn, there is pain and sorrow, but amidst the chaos, I firmly believe that prayer is one of the most powerful tools we have to bring light into the darkness.

As Christian women warriors of light, we are called to be beacons of hope and agents of God's love in a world that often feels consumed by despair. In times of crisis, our prayers have the power to call upon angels to assist and bring comfort to those who are suffering. We need to lift our voices in prayer, asking for God's presence to permeate every corner of the earth where pain resides.

In my search for a prayer that could bring solace and peace to those in turmoil, I turned to the timeless hymn "How Great Thou Art," a beloved favorite among Christians. Inspired by its timeless melody and powerful message, I felt compelled to write a prayer that could be sung to this familiar tune—a prayer that would serve as a beacon of hope and a source of comfort for those in need.

LORD WALK WITH ME

Dear Father, God, I look upon this madness And ask for Thee to quiet all my fears Please calm my heart and rescue me from sadness Help me to serve and wipe away these tears

Then sings my soul That I may feel Thy peace Come walk with me, Lord walk with me Then sings my soul That I may find relief I'll walk with Thee, I'll walk with Thee

As I look out Amid the pain and sorrow I look to Thee and sing this humble prayer Lord help me seek a brighter hope tomorrow But for today, just let me know you're there

From day to day As I continue onward Grant hope and strength that goes beyond my own That with each step, my courage leads me forward To walk with Thee, until I rest at home

Dear Savior, Lord, My heart is filled with gladness To share Thy tears and feel Thy warm embrace I humbly vow to rise above this sadness And walk with Thee, within God's light and grace
