The holidays can bring so much joy, but they can also carry a weight we weren’t expecting. So many women, especially, tend to feel overwhelmed at this time of year. Seasonal Depression also affects so many, as well as individual challenges with family, friends, and communities.

Between the busyness, expectations, and the emotions, it's so important to pause and care for yourself, including, and especially, for your mental health.

God cares deeply for your heart and mind, and He offers His peace in every season. Take time to breathe, pray, and rest in Him, knowing He sees you and loves you fully.
