We are so excited to be talking today about parts of our theme for the year.
And last week we talked a little bit about our theme about putting on the armor of light, casting off darkness, putting on the Lord Jesus Christ from Romans 13. And today we are going to continue that same vein and we are going to be talking for the next several weeks about putting on the armor of light.
And of course there is no better place in all of scripture that talks about this than Ephesians chapter six. So today we're going to start diving into this and then in the following weeks we're going to cover each of the pieces of armor and what they mean.
And I'm so, so excited to do this and I know that Tiffany and Wendy are as well. So let's kick it off here today by starting in Ephesians chapter six.
And we are going to look today mostly at verses 11 and 12 and who we are battling against and why this armor of light is so important, especially in these latter days. And let's kick it off. It says in verse 11, put on the whole armor of God that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
And I thought we just pause right there and just say any thoughts on this particular verse? Because it talks about the whole armor of God standing and the wiles of the devil. I know that that's a phrase we don't use.
So Tiffany, I'LL let you kick that off, and then we'll go to Wendy and I'll throw in my thoughts as well.
Tiffany Fletcher
00:03:08.420 - 00:04:48.750
Yeah, this. So the scripture has always been one that has been fascinating to me because I think that sometimes we don't give the adversary enough credit.
Like, we think that life is just happening to us when in reality, those vials of the devil are there. Like he is very much in our lives trying to mess with us, trying to destroy our peace, as the scriptures say. And try.
He's the father of all lies and, and those wise. Like, he is very cunning. We don't even recognize that he's there because he's so sly and he's so good at his job. He's had so many years to.
To do what he's doing. And so I love the armor, putting on the armor of God and the armor of light because. Because light pushes back darkness, right?
So if we want to push back the devil in our lives and the adversary, then we need to increase our light. We need to put on this full armor of God so that when he comes at us, we can stand.
And to me, you know, standing against the devil seems scary, but in all reality, when you do it with God and with his light and with his armor, it is not scary at all. You are powerful and you were able to push back that darkness.
And you are able to use God's light and the armor that we bear as his children to combat the devil, to. To stand firm, to know courageously that. That we will win. That when we stand against him, we will win. And, and that's why I love this. This topic.
I'm so excited to talk about it more today.
Tamara K Anderson
00:04:49.290 - 00:04:52.156
Yeah, Wendi, Love that. Love that.
Wendi Christensen
00:04:52.308 - 00:06:16.740
I do, too. I love that. Tiffany. And when we talk about. I love this scripture because it reminds us that we're actually in a battle. Right.
Why would you put armor on if you're not in a battle or a war? And so it reminds us that there's that battle of good and evil every day that we face. And we need to know who our enemy is in order to conquer him.
And so this is just helping us to know and understand who our enemy is and how we can conquer him. And the biggest way we can do that is putting on the whole armor of God. Right.
You can't go into a battle if you're not going to be, like, battle ready. So this is a beautiful way I think, of showing. Let's put on God's armor. Let's put on the one who can protect us.
The one that's going to strengthen us and bless us as we go into this big battle, like Tiffany was saying, where Satan is really cunning and he can throw a lot at us. And I don't want to go into a battle not ready.
And so I'm so excited that we get to talk about how do I be ready going into this battle against this cunning devil. Because God will win, but I want to be prepared to win, right? I want to be ready and I want to be prepared. So how do I put on that armor?
What is that armor, so that I can be ready to fight and conquer this enemy?
Tamara K Anderson
00:06:17.080 - 00:10:40.160
Yeah. Oh, so, so good. Several years ago, I was doing a study on, on this. And I, I, I sometimes dive so deep into topics.
Like I can show you, like, pages of notes. When I dive into something, I dive like full head on, like, what does that mean? Really? Really today? And I kind of looked at "wiles."
What does that even mean? And it's a trick artifice or stratagem meant to fool, trap, or entice. And you guys have mentioned those words and that those are key things.
These are kind of the adversary's goals. And then another definition was to beguile, entice, or lure, usually followed by away from into.
And I just thought, oh my gosh, that is what Satan is doing is he's luring, he's trying to get people off the path, path that leads back to God, you know, and, and as you guys were talking, I thought, I think Wendi said something about that we want to go out there and into this battle fully armed. And I think the challenge that we see, especially nowadays, is that we're all in this battle and not everybody remembers to put their armor on.
And it's a choice, it's a conscious choice we really need to make every single day. Because every day is a battle, right? It's the battle for our very souls.
And, and, and like Tiffany said, the adversary has got thousands and thousands of years of experience doing this. He's honed his craft. He knows the lies that works. He knows the temptations that lure us away from the light and into the darkness.
He wants to get us to step off this path towards God. And he's so sneaky and tricky about it.
And, and so it's almost like we really need God's inspiration and protection with us so that we can foresee more clearly when he is trying to lure us away and trap us, ensnare us. How. You know, you just think of every sneaky and cunning thing the adversary could do. And then put on that armor of light so that we can stand firm.
Right, let's go into this next verse because, boy, this is one of the most kind of sobering verses in all of Scripture, because we really get a sense of the power of the adversary in this verse. And it's in Ephesians, chapter 6, verse 12. And this is what he all writes.
He says, for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. I mean, wow. All of a sudden, there's a little part of my soul that just goes, oh. You know, I'm like, that sounds so scary.
And maybe it's just me, I don't know. But when I read that, it's kind of like if we were watching a movie like that.
There's that eerie music, and, you know, you're kind of like, feeling overwhelmed, and, how can I do this? And, you know, those are the kind of thoughts that kind of jump into my mind when I look and read this verse.
Interestingly enough, we don't use the word principalities either, you know, as much. And I was looking that up. And principalities is a state ruled by a prince. And I find it interesting that we have such a contrast here.
Jesus is the prince of peace, and then Satan as the prince of darkness, or as John refers to him as the prince of this world, I think is the phrase John uses several times throughout the Scriptures. So I just thought I'd pause right there and say, ladies, what are your thoughts on this verse, verse 12? Wendi, we'll start with you. And then Tiffany.
Wendi Christensen
00:10:40.980 - 00:14:25.800
Yeah. You know, it's interesting. I was hanging out a week ago with my daughter's friend.
She wanted to go with me to do some, like, just kind of ask a lot of questions, right? She's taking a class right now that's a religion class. And she. She was asking me a bunch of questions.
And we kind of got on a conversation around this a little bit. And I thought she had a really interesting perspective. She's only 18, but, man, is she bright. And she was like, okay, so we live.
We kind of live in, like, Satan's kingdom, right? She's like, we kind of have him around us all the time. He's kind of here all the time. And. And it's kind of what you were just saying, Tamara.
It made me reflect on our conversation that I had with her last week. And she's like, if we're here around him, like, this is his kingdom. How important is it for us to constantly see Christ?
Because Christ, what did he do? He was trying to bring his kingdom. Christ was helping to bring his kingdom and pointing us to God and God's kingdom.
And she goes, isn't it amazing that we need to constantly be seeking for God's kingdom when we're surrounded by Satan's? Right?
So we're thrown into this situation every day where we've got that battle that really is going on and our job is to continually seek Christ and to seek his light and to seek his kingdom in the things that we do. So and what does that look like?
I, I, I was hoping I could read one of the references in the scriptures as Romans 13:12 and I was like, oh, that fits in really well. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Let us therefore cast off the works of darkness. Aren't we surrounded by the works of darkness?
And let us put on the armor of light.
Kind of like Tiffany was saying before, it's everything that we are doing is to put that armor on and to keep that light within us and then share that light and that goodness with everyone. So what does that look like on a day to day basis to me?
I love to take a minute every single day to just ground and center myself, you know, to take some deep breaths, to remember where I'm at in the hustle and the bustle of life and to reflect on God and his goodness, to be grateful for the good things around me because I feel like that brings more light to my life. So I, I do things that bring light to my life that can help me to battle Satan and also share my light with other people.
Because if I don't take those few moments to bring that light to my life, I can get wrapped up in Satan's kingdom, right?
I can get sucked into it, which might be really, really busy, or being angry at the people that are cutting me off or mistreating me, you know, or, or doing things that I feel aren't right or watching the news and getting sucked into all of the horrible things that are out there. If I don't take the time to connect with God and to connect with Christ in my life, that's what I can do. I get sucked in, right?
So I need to do something every day to bring light into my life, whether it's through good music or reading my scriptures and prayer. Those bring light to my life. But also having good conversations like these, right?
Listening to beautiful and uplifting and inspiring podcasts or being able to exercise Go out in nature. All of those things bring light to my life and that helps me to be battle ready as well and to share that then with other people to strengthen them.
So.
Tamara K Anderson
00:14:27.820 - 00:14:32.760
Wow. So, so many good things in there. Thank you, Wendi. Tiffany.
Tiffany Fletcher
00:14:33.580 - 00:18:14.300
I love that, Wendi. I, I, in my life, I, we. Sorry. I want to go back a little bit to what Tamara said. Tamara, you said that we forget to put on the armor of light.
But I think that a lot of the reasons why we do that is because we forget that we're in a battle, right? We forget and we all do that. We forget that, that that Satan is there, that he is messing with us.
We go through our day to day lives kind of like Wendi said, and, and we just kind of do the things that we're supposed to do if, you know, as moms and wives and, and workers and daughters of God, like we try to do the things that we're supposed to do, but we forget that those little things that are happening to us, that person cutting us off that causes frustration in our lives, like our children, like spilling things all over the floor and, and stepping in it and crying about it, you know, like all of those things are things that, that are frustrating us and that if we don't recognize, you know, what all these emotions that I'm feeling, all of the things that are causing me to like be frustrated or, or get angry or depressed or a lot of those things are the adversary just messing with us. And like Wendy said, if we don't add light to our lives, then those things just build up over time and we just feel ick inside, right?
Like we just feel like, I just can't do this anymore. Like you go, I know that when I was a young mom, there were days when I would go to bed and it's like, I just can't do this anymore.
This is just too much. And it wasn't until I learned how to cast off the works of darkness that I was actually able to feel peace in my life.
And it's important for me in my life. Every single morning and every single night, we pray as a family. And I pray my personal prayers to cast Satan's influence out of my life.
I literally pray to Heavenly Father and I say, heavenly Father, please cast Satan's influence out of my life and bind him from my family.
And please send your angels and your light and your spirit to come and surround and protect my family today so that they may be safe from those influences. And, and then if we can do that, that, that puts us in this, this place where, where Satan's temptations are less on us.
And then it also creates a space so that when we add that light, that light becomes so bright that we then push back the darkness. Right? Because light dispels darkness.
We know that and that we know that Jesus Christ is the light and that if we put him on, if we put on his gospel, his characteristics, his love, try to fill ourselves with his love. That's something that I've been working on.
And, and sometimes it's hard when you get frustrated, but when cast that influence of the adversary out and then you pray for those angels and that spirit of love to be with you, it is life changing for you every single day. And it's life changing for your children too. Like, I have seen a difference.
Like when there's like chaos and craziness in my home and I'm like, okay, guys, this, this feels like we need to castane's influence out so that we can love one another and not be angry. And so we do that. We say a prayer together, we cast AIDS influence out, we pray for his spirit. And there is more peace in my home when we do this.
And this even works with my teenagers and my young adults. Like they. When we cast Satan's influence out, it makes all of the difference in our lives.
And so I love this cast off the works of darkness, because that is the first step. And then putting on the armor of light is just doing those things like Wendy said, that help to increase our light.
That will give us the strength and the courage to stand against the darkness that comes every day.
Tamara K Anderson
00:18:16.330 - 00:22:53.860
Oh, wow. I love so much of what you both said there, the importance of casting out darkness, bringing in light.
I'm just going to tack on one phrase that I noticed when we have examples in the New Testament of casting out the adversary, that it was done in the name of Jesus Christ.
And so I would just tack that on because in every instance, that is something that is important, that that is where the power to cast Satan away comes from. If we do it by ourselves, we're not strong enough. And so we need to cast him out in the name of Jesus Christ. And some don't go out.
We learn also, but by fasting and prayer, you know, because the disciples came to Jesus, why can't we do this?
And, you know, some don't go out, but with fasting and prayer, but that power of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, I mean, he says if we have the faith the size of a mustard seed. So really getting down to what Faith is.
And I know we're going to talk about that because that's one of the characteristics and armor coming up in the. In the coming weeks. But how important it is that we do this in the name of Jesus Christ.
Because I think, like, especially when I read that verse right there, against the rulers of darkness of this world, against, you know, all these characteristics, super intimidating. And. And the reason we can stand, as it says, stand against the wiles of the. The devil, is because we are putting on the armor of Jesus Christ.
Last week you talked about putting on Jesus Christ. It is symbolic of that. When we put on the armor, it is symbolic of putting on Jesus Christ.
Remember that in this battle, it's not just us against Satan, it's us against. And Jesus, you know, kind of that coming to me when he invites us to cast our burdens on him and kind of yoke ourselves to him in Matthew 11.
That it is. It is us. And Jesus. And I would also.
The image that just keeps popping into my brain is that story from Second Kings in the Old Testament when we've got Elisha, right, Elisha. And. And they were surrounded by this army that was attacking them.
And it's one of my favorite favorite verses in the Old Testament where this army has come to attack Elisha. And Elisha's servant goes out early in the morning, sees the city surrounded, and he's like, panic.
And that's kind of how I feel when I read this verse in Ephesians that we battle not against flesh and butter, against these principalities, powers, these rulers of darkness. I feel like I kind of go out and I see that and I'm like, holy cow, God. I don't think I'm strong enough to do this. And I love what Elisha says.
He says, fear not, for they that be with us are more than they that be within. And then he prays that God will open the eyes of his servant.
And then when he does, he saw and behold the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.
And so I love this because it also reminds us that not only do we have Jesus that we're putting on, but we're also putting on this army of angels that can help us battle back the darkness. And so inviting those angels to be with us, I think, is also another key that we can do as we are battling against the adversary.
If we're concerned about a child or a friend, you know, praying that angels will also be with them.
Sorry, I'm getting emotional in this battle because we Love so many people so fiercely, and sometimes the battles they are facing are so very, very difficult. And I know I've. This is one of the things I've taught my kids, too, is pray for angels.
Pray for angels to be with you because this battle is fierce and we need all the heavenly help we can get. Sorry, I didn't mean to get so teary, but it's, It's.
It's a powerful image in my mind to remember that they that be with us are more than they that be with Satan and his minions. You know, that we can have. Draw on the power of God in this battle and pray mightily.
Wendi Christensen
00:22:54.680 - 00:22:59.800
God's army is always going to be larger than our adversary's army.
Tamara K Anderson
00:22:59.880 - 00:23:00.136
Yeah.
Wendi Christensen
00:23:00.168 - 00:23:53.110
And we just have to remember to cling to that because we have so many loved ones that are cheering us on. And they're in a heartbeat, whenever we pray and ask for them to come. And we just forget to ask. Right. It's just a matter of asking.
Like, hey, Heavenly Father, I really need some help right now. Can you send those that love me and care about me? Right. My mom's passed. She passed four years ago, and I have no problems.
Just if I fill the need, I'll be like, hey, can you. Can you let her be discharged to come help me? I really need. Like, my mom's good at this, and she could come help me with this.
Would it be okay to let her come help me? And I fully believe he'll bless us with that or whoever needs to come.
You know, like, Heavenly Father knows who needs to come best, but they're always there ready to help.
Tiffany Fletcher
00:23:54.130 - 00:26:29.520
I think that's so important for our children, too. Right? Like, as mothers, we send our kids out into the world.
Like, whether they're young and we send them to school or whether we send them to work, or they're adults doing their own thing and they don't even live with us anymore.
So many times I find myself praying for them to cast saints, influence away from them, and to surround them with angels to protect them and to send angels where I can't go. Right. Sometimes there's places where I just can't go.
And I pray that God will send angels to those places where I can't go, that my children will be surrounded and protected. And I think that that's important for us as parents. Like, I love the story that you shared, Tamara, about the father.
You know, when it said they only cast out through fasting, that was because a father was bringing his son who had a devil in him, right? And that Father, like the apostles, couldn't cast him out. And that Father, when Jesus said, how long has this devil been with your child?
And he said, since birth. Like, this child had been torment from birth from a devil. And so the Savior asked him how strong if he believed, right? That was my favorite.
Do you believe? And he said, yes. Yay, Lord, I believe. Help my unbelief.
And I think sometimes it's hard for us because we maybe don't believe as strongly as we think or we think our faith is lacking.
But that's the beautiful thing, that when we do it with Christ, like you said, in the name of Jesus Christ, if our faith is as small as a mustard seed, which is also shared, that is, he told the apostles, in that instance, your faith was as big, as small as a mustard seed. You could have cast it out. And I don't think people recognize that. That scripture is talking about casting out devils.
Like, that's what the Lord was talking about when he was talking about the faith of a mustard seed. And. And so it's so important for us to recognize that if our faith was as a mustard seed, and sometimes we have to fast to cast out.
Because if we were casting out in the name of Jesus Christ, and we still feel tormented, or children are still being tormented, then we fast. I fast for 24 hours. We're longer if the Spirit says longer, right?
And then we cast out again, and we do it in the name of Jesus Christ forever and always. And that when we do that, we are.
We become a strength for our children, and we become their caretakers in a way that will help them not just against the wiles of this world, but the wiles of the adversary.
And I think that that's so important for us as mothers to realize that we can pray for that for our children as well as for ourselves and all of those that we love and care for.
Wendi Christensen
00:26:31.660 - 00:31:26.170
I think. I think it's important, too. Sorry, I didn't. Because Tiffany brings up such an important point.
It took me a while to recognize, how does Satan attack me, right? Like, I needed to understand how does he work on me? And.
And I think that's also important to do so that I can pull in the power of Christ, because Christ's light does dispel Satan when we especially we do it in his name. So when I was a younger mother, I didn't even know I had an anger problem until I became a mom.
And then I became a mom, and I was like, oh, my gosh, where does this anger come from. I'm like 0 to 60, like. Like this. And.
And I remember as a young mom, I would beat myself up really badly because I felt I was horrible because I would get so angry so quickly. And I remember just pleading and praying and just begging the Lord, please help me with this anger. Like, where is this anger coming from?
And then one day, he blessed me to recognize that Satan was feeding it, because I didn't realize that, and that I would feel a sense of losing control. And that was scary for me. And as soon as I'd feel that loss of control, then it would explode, right?
So once I started recognizing it, I was like, oh, Satan's feeding that. And I get to have control over that with my savior. So as soon as I would recognize that, I would cast out the spirit of anger.
I would just say, okay, in the name of Jesus Christ, I command the spirit of anger to leave and depart. And I love calling it for what it is, and that's helped empower me.
And that's what I teach clients, and to empower them, because I want them to feel empowered. So I'll tell them. Excuse me, I'll tell them to call it what it is that you're struggling with. So maybe it's the spirit of depression.
Maybe it's the spirit of anxiety you're battling. Maybe it's the spirit of feeling worthless or I'm not capable, I'm not enough.
And I'll tell my kids the same thing, like, I have a sweet son, that he's a perfectionist. And so for him, it's not being enough. Not feeling enough, not being and recognizing it and seeing it and helping. Like, on Sunday, my son was.
We were getting ready to go do something, and we're trying to figure out where he was. And he. He's 14, and he could be a little moody sometimes. And he had gone and crawled in bed.
And so I went up and I was like, what are you doing in bed? We're getting ready to leave.
And he's. He was just stuck, and he couldn't get out of it. And he's like. Like, overwhelmed with all these emotions. And I was like, who are you?
What is going on? And I realized. I was like, satan's working on him, so it's starting to recognize, right?
And so I started talking to him, and I said, okay, what's going on? He's like, all my friends, they just. They're making these choices that I just don't like, and I'm just not. I'm just so overwhelmed. By these choices.
And I was like, oh, spirit of overwhelm. Well, Satan's working on him. So I was like, hey, let's cast out the spirit of overwhelm.
Not feeling enough and not being enough, because I think it's consuming you right now. I don't think that comes from God. So he's like, okay. And we did.
And lo and behold, he, like, switched pretty quickly right where he was like, okay, let's go.
So being able to recognize that I was talking to another mom at a hockey game last week, and as soon as she found out what I did, you know, she starts calling. She's like, oh, my son's really having a hard time sleeping, and I don't know what's going on. Like, problems start coming out, right?
And she's like, all of a sudden he's having a hard time sleeping and I don't know what's going on. And he really, really struggles going to sleep at night. And. And as I started asking her more questions, she was.
I started realizing he's not feeling safe. He's feeling. He's listening to some pretty hardcore music, going to sleep.
And I was like, well, I know this may sound a little crazy, but have you tried casting Satan out of his room and. And helping him to understand that he's probably not bringing light into his room at night by some of the music he's listening to?
And she's like, I didn't even thought of that. And so just, just last night she reported back to me. She's like, I'm so glad you said something.
She's like, we took care of it and he's doing so much better. And I was like, yay. He was empowered by the light of Christ because a mom was able to see and understand what was going on.
And that's what it could look like day to day, right? And casting off Satan, cast off that spirit of fear, that spirit of anxiety, that spirit of depression, that spirit of anger. And.
And I'm going to put on that armor of God, that armor of light.
How can I bring that back into my life to help me to feel empowered, to be able to go out and do what I need to do and to empower my kids and my family. Sorry, I get so, like, we're gonna be like, fighting the battle and we're gonna win, because we are. When you put on Christ, you will win.

I love how you. You gave such beautiful examples of putting on Christ.
And one of the other things that popped into my head that God taught me several Years ago is anytime you cast something out, there's a void. And so you need to fill that, fill that with the opposite.
And you were kind of talking about that casting out the spirit of overwhelm or anxiety or, or depression or whatever it is, darkness, and then bring in, so bring in, invite in that spirit, that light, that protection, if, if you're feeling overwhelmed, the spirit of peace, you know, anxiety. So it is, it's casting out darkness.
It's bringing in light and peace and joy and all those fruits of the spirit that we read about in Galatians, right. To bring those back in and to fill that void that's been filled with darkness. And that light of Christ is healing. It is healing. It is empowering.
You use the word empower. I love that word too. It is empowering. It is. And you feel like you, you are suddenly capable in that war.
Whereas Satan's role is to drag us down and help us feel powerless. And so I love that God and his light and his armor bring us up. And so if we're ever feeling down, I think that's probably that first thing.
Recognizing, recognizing the adversary, how he attacks, casting him out in the name of Jesus Christ and bringing in light, putting that armor on. Right? So good, guys. Oh my goodness. We have to wrap it up. Darn it. I feel like we could just talk about this forever.
Thank goodness we've got several weeks to really cover each specific piece and how we can do this. So let's wrap it up.
Tiffany, why don't you share with us some big takeaways from today's episode or just an aha or something that, that you'd like to share. And then we'll do Wendy and then I'll share mine and we can conclude.

My, my just final thought is, is to all of those who are listening, sometimes when you start casting Satan out feel weird. It might feel strange. You might feel like, well, do I really need to do this? Is this really something that is.
I mean, you'll, you'll second guess yourself. You'll say, you'll say, oh, this is silly. Like my kids are fighting. This isn't. This is just normal kid behavior, you know, kind of thing.
But I just challenge you to try it. Just try it and do it in the name of Jesus Christ and add light to your home. We play music in our home. We play. We hate. We play hymns in our home.
Like good, uplifting, light filled music. We, we say prayer, we read scriptures as a family. All those things bring in light. We pray for angels to Come.
And, and I promise you, I promise you, and I can promise you this because I've seen it in my life and I've seen it over and over and over again in the many people that I've taught this to over the years, that if you start doing it, that if you take it seriously and you intentionally cast Satan's influence out of your life, your prayer in the name of Jesus Christ and you bring light in through scriptures and, and good things, things that bring joy to your life and your heart, you will notice a difference in your life. You will have a more light filled life and Satan's influence will affect you less. That is, that does not mean that he's going to try attacking you.
That doesn't mean that he's going to still be in your life. Because this is a fallen world that we live in. And so it's going to happen. He's still going to be there, which is why we do it daily. Right.
Or even moment by moment.
Sometimes, sometimes you just several times a day, somehow he'll come in and through an open door and you'll have to cast him out again because he's relentless. He like the scripture. What?
The scripture in Peter, like it says, be sober, be vigilant, because your adversary, the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about seeking whom he may devour. Like he's constantly trying to seek who he can devour. So this is why we need to be vigilant in casting him out and putting on light.
And he's going to make you feel that it's silly or that you don't need to do it and that remember that that's just the adversary. Tell it getting in your head and make sure that you do it and try it and give it a try and see how it changes your life.
Because I promise you that it will.

Such good advice, Tiffany. Because it's so true. Yeah. In the beginning, if you're like, this is kind of weird. I think God works in weirdness. He does.
You know, his ways don't always seem they're not our ways because it's a higher way and it's a higher law. And absolutely, if you do that, you're gonna, you're gonna feel that power and that light come in. I love even doing the opposite.
Like you were saying too, Tamara, of when you're like, if you're casting out darkness, then bring in light. If you're casting out, not feeling enough, like, oh, I just feel like I'm not enough.
I'm Just not capable enough, but then bringing in, but I am enough and just kind of look at the opposite of what you're being challenged with. It's anxiety bring in peace. Like I cast out anxiety and I call upon the Lord to bring, call it in through my angels, peace.
Right, so you're, you're learning in this battle how to win through Jesus Christ, which I truly believe is going to bring him faster because it's going to bring his kingdom even faster. As we're winning the battle, it's going to bring him here, which I can't wait for.
I'm so excited to have him be in charge of our world instead of Satan and all these others that bring these challenges. In this darkness, I want Christ to come and I want him to bring his kingdom.
And I feel like this is just one way, you know, as we're putting that armor on that we can be ready as warriors of him to bring him here and to get him here the quicker, the faster. And I'm all for that. But he will give you that power.
I've seen it day after day and time after time as we casting out that we can, we can be stronger, we can be better, we can show up with more light in our lives and it can strengthen and bless everybody around us.
Your family, your neighbors, your friends, strengthens them and it helps them and it just gives you, it's interesting that as you do it, it gives you this power and ability to be able to continue the day to day battles. Right. When you do it with Christ and you yoke with him, we can't do it alone, but with him we can do it. We can do all things.

Wow, powerful.
I think my biggest takeaway is perhaps the prayer to recognize where the adversary is infiltrating, trading your life and the life of those you love to see it more clearly. Because when we see it and recognize it, then we can act on it.
And so I think that's probably one of my biggest takeaways is I don't pray that prayer. And I need to, I need to pray. God, help me see how Satan is attacking today.
Help me to see it, recognize it, cast it out, bring light in, bring Christ in.
And so that's my prayer for each of you today, is that you can and that you can have the confidence that when we bring Jesus into our life that it is more than strong enough to castaway darkness. Thank you for joining us today.
